These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the betwbr platform. By registering on betwbr or beginning to use the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You must provide accurate and complete personal information — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Providing false information during registration may result in account termination and balance forfeiture at the time of verification.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify betwbr support immediately.
• Logging into someone else's account, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on betwbr. These rules are based on widely accepted standards across the global betting industry.

Betwbr reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error or incorrect odds are identified. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the user. betwbr never cancels bets solely for its own financial benefit — this is done only in cases of verifiable technical error.

• An accumulator bet is won only if all selections win. If one selection is void, it is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Placing simultaneous bets on opposing selections within the same event ("arbitrage") may be flagged as suspicious activity.
• Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted and will be automatically voided.

4. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

All deposit and withdrawal policies on betwbr are clear and set in advance. There are no hidden charges.

Deposit

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Betwbr does not charge any fees on deposits — however, your mobile banking provider's transaction charges may apply.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 for standard accounts — higher limits apply for VIP accounts.
• For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Betwbr does not charge any fees on withdrawals.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions at betwbr come with specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the conditions attached to it.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement. Typically, you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times (e.g., 3x or 5x) before you can withdraw.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Minimum Odds: For certain bonuses, only bets placed at or above a specified minimum odds (e.g., 1.80) will count toward the wagering requirement.
• One Bonus, One Time: Each bonus offer can be claimed once per account. Any attempt by the same individual to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Combining Bonuses: If two separate bonuses are active at the same time, the wagering conditions for each must be met independently.
• Right to Cancel Bonuses: betwbr reserves the right to void bonuses if any misuse or manipulation is detected.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

Every registered member on betwbr receives the following benefits at no charge:

• Deposit Limit: Setting your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Capping the maximum bet amount within a specified time period.
• Session Limit: Setting a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary breaks ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspending an account for a set period of time.

If anyone under the age of 18 is suspected of using betwbr, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

7. General Provisions & Liability

This section outlines the general legal relationship and mutual responsibilities between betwbr and its users.

Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Placing artificial bets or using arbitrage strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Using software, bots, or any form of automation on the platform.
• Using the betting platform as a channel for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing or threatening betwbr staff.

Changes to Terms

Betwbr may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Betwbr is not liable for potential winnings lost due to temporary service interruptions or technical issues. However, any bets placed during such disruptions will be voided and the stake fully refunded.

If a dispute arises regarding any aspect of these terms and conditions, it must first be raised with betwbr's support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, the dispute resolution process established by betwbr's licensing authority will apply.
